Operating Principle
The OMR 250 motor works based on the gerotor principle, where an inner rotor rotates inside an eccentrically positioned outer rotor. Pressurized hydraulic oil flows into the displacement chambers between the rotors, generating a continuous rotational movement. This movement is transferred to the output shaft, delivering smooth and consistent torque. With its fixed displacement design, the motor delivers a precise volume of oil per revolution, allowing accurate speed control. The system provides quiet, reliable, and energy-efficient performance even under fluctuating load conditions.
