Operating Principle
The plug contains a spring-loaded internal poppet valve that remains sealed when disconnected, preventing oil leaks. When threaded into the matching ISO A socket, locking balls engage and the valve opens to allow hydraulic fluid to flow. Upon unscrewing, the valve shuts instantly to avoid spillage or contamination. The threaded joint provides vibration-resistant, secure fixation that prevents accidental release. This design enables clean, fast and tool-free coupling and uncoupling even under pressure.
