This quick release coupling is manufactured according to the ISO 7241-A standard with a BSP female thread connection. The body is made of steel and fitted with an NBR seal, ensuring reliable sealing performance in hydraulic systems. The BG size indicates the mating part size. Therefore, when selecting a quick coupling pair, it is important that both the "male and female" have the same BG size, otherwise they cannot be connected.

How It Works?

Inside the socket, a spring‑loaded shut‑off valve opens automatically when the matching plug (male half) is inserted. Upon connection, internal valves open, allowing hydraulic fluid to flow through the system. On disconnection, these valves close immediately to prevent fluid leakage and system depressurization. Since coupling under pressure isn’t permitted, disconnection should only occur when the circuit is pressure‑free. This ensures a fast, clean, and secure connection even in tough industrial environments.
