Product description:
The CHM3-D-10N is an NG6 size, modular design pilot operated double check valve that can be installed directly between the NG6 directional control valve and the subplate. Its function is to prevent load-induced drift of hydraulic cylinders or motors – it simultaneously blocks flow in both work lines (A and B) until pilot pressure is applied. The 3.4:1 pilot ratio means that the pilot pressure must reach approximately one-third of the system pressure to open the valve. The check valve cracking pressure is 3 bar, and the maximum permissible flow in the piloted lines is 50 l/min. The ISO 4401-03-02-0-05 (CETOP 4.2-4-03-350) standard mounting interface ensures direct compatibility with standard NG6 subplate systems. Maximum operating pressure is 350 bar.
