Operating Principle
A spring-loaded poppet valve inside stays sealed when disconnected, preventing fluid leaks. When the plug is threaded into its matching ISO‑A socket, locking balls engage and the valve opens to allow hydraulic flow. Upon unscrewing, the valve immediately shuts, preventing oil loss and contamination. The threaded joint ensures a secure, vibration-resistant connection that won't unintentionally release. This setup supports fast, clean, and tool-free coupling and uncoupling even under pressure.
