Operating Principle
The plug contains an internal poppet-type valve that remains closed when disconnected, preventing oil leakage. When properly inserted into the matching ISO‑A socket, internal locking balls engage and the valve opens to allow hydraulic fluid flow. In disconnection, the valve closes immediately to prevent contamination and fluid loss. The threaded interface ensures a secure, vibration-resistant connection that resists accidental loosening. This design supports clean, fast, and tool-free coupling and uncoupling even under pressure.
