Operating Principle
The plug includes an internal poppet valve that remains closed until it is properly connected to a matching ISO‑A socket. When engaged, locking balls secure the plug and the valve opens, allowing hydraulic fluid to flow. Upon disconnection, the valve closes immediately to prevent leaks and dirt from entering the system. The M22×1.5 threaded interface ensures a tight, vibration-resistant fit that prevents accidental release. This design allows for clean, quick, and tool-free use even in demanding environments.
