Operating Principle
The plug contains an internal poppet valve that remains sealed while disconnected. When screwed into the matching ISO‑A socket, locking balls engage and the valve opens, allowing hydraulic fluid to pass through. On disconnection, the valve immediately shuts to keep oil contained and prevent contaminant ingress. The threaded interface provides a secure, vibration-resistant connection that avoids accidental release. This design supports clean, fast, and tool-free coupling and uncoupling ideal for mobile and industrial hydraulic setups.
