Operating Principle

The plug contains an internal poppet valve that remains shut until correctly connected to its matching ISO‑A socket. Once connected, locking balls secure the plug and open the valve, allowing fluid to pass through. When disconnected, the valve closes immediately to stop oil loss and block contaminants. The threaded interface provides a secure, vibration-resistant connection that prevents accidental release. This ensures a clean, quick, and tool-free operation in demanding hydraulic environments.
