Operating Principle
The hydraulic quick coupling uses an ISO‑standard EURO push socket design, where the plug is simply pushed in to make a secure seal. When connected, internal ball bearings engage and an integrated valve seals fluid flow automatically. Upon disconnection, the valve closes immediately, preventing oil loss or contamination. A soft spring mechanism ensures minimal force is required for separation and reliable engagement each time. This allows fast, precise and leak‑free connections even in harsh industrial environments.
