This BY-PASS valve is designed for Parker F1 series hydraulic pumps.
Compatible with:

F1-025-R and L pumps
F1-041-R and L pumps
F1-051-R and L pumps
F1-061-R and L pumps

Easily mounted onto the rear of the pump. It is used in applications where the PTO cannot be engaged smoothly, allowing the by-pass valve to protect the system from overpressure during vehicle operation. In its default position, it prevents oil from entering the system. Operated via a 24V DC electrical connection and switching.

Operating principle

By default, the valve remains open, allowing hydraulic fluid to return to the tank without building system pressure. When 24V DC is applied, the internal solenoid activates and closes the bypass route, forcing the fluid into the pressure line toward the working components.

Once power is removed, the valve reopens, unloading the pump again. This principle helps reduce wear, improve energy efficiency, and prevent overloads in hydraulic circuits.
