Working Principle
Under normal operating conditions, the valve remains open, allowing unrestricted oil flow. However, if a sudden pressure drop or hose rupture occurs, the valve quickly responds to the spike in flow velocity by automatically closing.
This prevents the connected actuator (such as a hydraulic cylinder) from unexpectedly dropping, ensuring operator and equipment safety. Once the system stabilizes, the valve reopens, allowing normal operation to resume.
