Operating Principle
This check valve allows fluid to flow in only one direction. When the inlet pressure exceeds 5.5 bar (cracking pressure), the spring-loaded internal mechanism opens, enabling flow. If the flow direction reverses or pressure drops below the set point, the valve closes automatically, preventing backflow.
For the mechanical seal to engage effectively, a pressure difference of at least 25 bar is required. This design protects hydraulic circuits by ensuring stable and unidirectional flow, extending system life and reliability.
