The V0735 VMPP 1” differential pressure relief valve is designed for precise and stable pressure limitation in hydraulic systems. The differential design provides slower valve opening and more consistent pressure control, largely independent of flow rate variations, making it ideal for high-load and demanding hydraulic applications.

Operating principle
The valve remains closed under normal pressure, maintaining the system’s working conditions. When the pressure exceeds the preset limit, the spring-loaded poppet opens, allowing hydraulic fluid to flow into the tank port (T), relieving the excess pressure.
Once the pressure drops back into the safe range, the valve closes automatically. This mechanism protects hydraulic components from damage and ensures stable, safe operation even under high load conditions.
