Product Description:
The V0720 type VMP 3/4” pressure relief valve is designed to safely limit the maximum pressure in hydraulic systems. When the system reaches the preset value, the valve opens to prevent further pressure increase, protecting system components from damage and overload. The zinc-coated steel body and heat-treated, precision-ground internal components ensure long service life and operational reliability. The 300 bar setting makes it ideal for heavy-duty hydraulic applications.

Operating principle
Under normal operating conditions, the valve remains closed, allowing hydraulic fluid to pass freely through the pressure port (P). When system pressure exceeds the preset limit, the spring-loaded valve opens and diverts the excess fluid to the tank port (T), thereby relieving pressure. Once the pressure drops back to a safe level, the valve closes automatically. This function protects system components from damage and stabilizes system pressure even under heavy load.
