The V0581 VRFU 90° one-way flow control valve is designed to control actuator speed in one direction in hydraulic systems, while allowing free flow in the opposite direction. The 90° configuration enables compact installation even in confined spaces. The valve is not pressure-compensated, meaning the flow rate depends on system pressure and oil viscosity; however, it provides highly sensitive and precise adjustment.

Operating principle
The valve restricts flow from port C to V using an adjustable needle, enabling precise control of fluid speed such as during cylinder lowering. In the opposite direction, the integrated check valve opens fully, allowing unrestricted return flow ideal for quick retraction or lifting.
