Operating Principle
The OMR 160 operates based on the gerotor principle, where an internal rotor rotates within an eccentrically mounted outer rotor. As pressurized hydraulic fluid flows into the displacement chambers between the rotors, a continuous rotary motion is generated. This motion is transferred to the output shaft, providing constant torque. The fixed displacement design ensures a precise and steady oil flow per revolution, enabling accurate speed control. Thanks to this configuration, the motor runs quietly and efficiently, making it ideal for applications with varying load requirements.
