Operating Principle

At the core of the valve is a precision-drilled steel ball, which rotates 90° when the handle is turned. When the bore is aligned with the flow direction, fluid passes through the valve unobstructed.

Rotating the handle moves the solid side of the ball into position, completely blocking the flow. This simple yet robust mechanism ensures quick shut-off and reliable performance even under heavy industrial use.
