Product description:

The FM85/3 3/4 3P DDS is a three-section, high-flow hydraulic monoblock directional control valve that provides two DE (double effect) – double-acting – and one SE (single effect) – single-acting – working circuits. All three levers are equipped with a spring return mechanism, ensuring automatic return to the neutral position and safe interruption of hydraulic movement when released.

The FM85 series is designed for high-performance applications, offering a 90 l/min nominal and up to 100 l/min maximum flow rate, while withstanding up to 320 bar maximum operating pressure. The built-in check/relief valve is adjustable between 100–250 bar, with a factory setting of 140 bar. The 3/4" BSP ports provide optimal flow and minimal pressure loss.

Details

Operating Principle

The valve controls three double-acting hydraulic circuits, each operated by a dedicated lever. Moving a lever directs oil to either side of the actuator (such as a cylinder), enabling forward or reverse motion. In the neutral (center) position, the valve blocks the oil flow and locks the actuator in its current position.

This setup allows for reliable, safe, and independent control in complex multi-function hydraulic systems.
