Product description:

The FM85/2 3/4 2P DS is a two-section, high-flow hydraulic monoblock directional control valve that provides one DE (double effect) – double-acting – and one SE (single effect) – single-acting – working circuit. Each control lever features a spring return mechanism, ensuring that the circuits automatically return to a safe neutral position when released.

The FM85 series is designed for heavy-duty hydraulic applications, delivering a 90 l/min nominal and up to 100 l/min maximum flow rate. The valve withstands up to 320 bar maximum operating pressure, while the built-in check/relief valve is adjustable between 100–250 bar (factory setting: 140 bar). The 3/4" BSP hydraulic ports provide excellent flow capacity and stable pressure conditions.

Details

Operating Principle

The valve controls two double-acting hydraulic circuits. Each lever directs oil to one side of the connected actuator, creating forward or reverse movement.

In the neutral position, the lever returns to center, cutting off oil flow and holding the actuator in its current position. This control method is ideal for multifunctional systems where precise and safe actuation is essential.
