Operating principle

The pump operates using two intermeshing gears that draw in hydraulic oil on the inlet side. As the gear teeth separate, a vacuum forms and pulls oil into the pump housing. The gears then move the oil along the casing wall to the outlet side. Tight tolerances prevent backflow, ensuring pressure remains stable. With fixed displacement, the pump transfers the same volume of oil with every rotation for precise and consistent flow.
