Operating principle

The pump uses two meshing gears to draw in and transfer hydraulic oil. As the teeth separate at the inlet side, a vacuum is created that pulls oil into the housing. The rotating gears move the oil along the casing to the outlet side. Tight internal tolerances prevent backflow and help maintain system pressure. Fixed displacement ensures that each revolution delivers the same amount of fluid.
