Operating principle

The pump uses two intermeshing gears to move hydraulic oil. As the gears rotate, a vacuum is created at the inlet side, drawing oil into the spaces between the teeth. The oil is then carried around the housing and forced out at high pressure on the outlet side. Precision tolerances between gears and casing prevent backflow, ensuring efficient suction and delivery. With a fixed displacement, each revolution transfers the same volume of oil, providing stable and repeatable performance.
