SUNFAB SAP 084-130 HYDRAULIC BYPASS VALVE 24V DC

This bypass valve is designed for Sunfab SAP, SCP, SAE and SAPT series hydraulic pumps. Also compatible with:

SAP-084R and L pumps
SAP-108R and L pumps
SAP-130R and L pumps

It can be mounted on the rear of the pump quickly and easily. It is used in applications where the PTO cannot be disengaged easily, and with this bypass valve the system can be protected against overpressure developing in the hydraulic system while driving. In its default state, it does not allow oil to flow into the system. Operation is possible via 24V DC electrical connection and switching.

Operating principle

By default, the valve remains open, allowing the hydraulic fluid to return to the tank without building pressure. When 24V power is applied, the solenoid activates and closes the bypass channel, directing fluid into the high-pressure working circuit. Once power is removed, the valve returns to its open position automatically.

This function reduces pressure spikes, lowers energy consumption, and extends the life of both the pump and the system component.
