The MODULAR 150 CE “DIRECT” (121-008-00185) is a pneumatic proportional tipping valve designed for hydraulic systems of medium to heavy-duty tipper vehicles. It features an open center configuration and is manufactured in compliance with CE directives. The valve is equipped with an integrated check valve and a direct-acting, adjustable pressure relief valve, ensuring reliable control during lifting and lowering operations. When used together with a pneumatic deviator (N-Force), continuous modulation of the lowering speed can also be achieved.

Operating principle
This valve is operated via a manual lever that directs hydraulic flow to the desired circuit. Moving the lever forward or backward activates either the pressure line or the return line, controlling cylinder extension or retraction (e.g., lifting or lowering a tipping bed).
In the neutral position, the valve blocks flow, keeping the system stable and in position. Its simple yet robust operation makes it a reliable choice for safe, manual control of vehicle hydraulics.
