The FT251U16 one-way fine flow control valve is designed to allow oil flow in one specified direction only in hydraulic systems. In the permitted flow direction, the flow rate can be finely and steplessly adjusted, while reverse flow is blocked. It is specifically recommended for high-flow applications where precise flow regulation is required.

Operating principle
This valve combines a needle-type flow restrictor and a check valve in one unit. In the restricted direction, the fluid passes through the adjustable needle, allowing precise control over the movement speed e.g., for slow lowering of actuators.
In the opposite direction, the check valve opens fully, enabling fast, unrestricted flow such as rapid lifting. This design is ideal where control, efficiency, and durability are critical.
